Had to go to the doctor yesterday for an in-grown hair that looked infected... anyway, so i was happy to see my weight dropped! The sandals I was wearing might weigh a little less than the running shoes i typically weigh myself in, but yeah!
286.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
