Plateaus are tough, buddy....hang in there...AND celebrate NO GAIN...Often our bodies INSIST re-adjusting to what we have ALREADY LOST before we can continue to lose...Keep on Keeping on!!!!!!!!

Try shaking things up a bit. Drop your calories by a few hundred for a couple of days or walk an extra mile. Now that my body is used to the longer walks, I dropped my calories back by 300 and it's worked. I'm off the hump.

Focus on the no gain part. Look at what you have been doing and see where you can tweak it. Just a little change in either diet or exercise will get you going again.

I agree with the above parties/ maybe tweaking and dropping calories gradually- as you lose more weight you will be making adjustments

Know too well the frustration of staying too long in one place. It's at those times that I just want to see that my scale isn't stuck mechanically! Looked at your weight loss and you have made great strides since January....your body may just be adjusting to the loss. If something doesn't happen this week, I would suggest trying to tweak either your calorie intake or your exercise. I am not out of the woods but a couple of FS friends suggested that as we age we may need more protein...and a little less fat. I will be watching and hopefully, something good will come to you soon!

Hang in there. I know the feeling. Just keep working at it.

Sometimes I think our bodies say, "Wow! That's a lot of weight and we might starve" and then comes a grinding standstill. No gain is significant. Hang in there and the pounds will come off again!

It will move..it will, it will! Give it some time, it's just being stubborn. You're doing a great job!

Hi don't worry just make a little adjustment in your diet and exercise plan and that scale will move. Good luck!
