So I’ve changed my calories per day to 1900-2000 and I will see if that stabilizes me at this weight for a soft landing. 2000 maximum is the new goal.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
