You simply have to EAT more. You never usually even got to the 1200 calories mark. You can't put in these kinds of hours, and this kind of effort without fueling your body for this type of work. When life slows a bit, and you aren't working this type of schedule... then ease back down a bit. Increase your protein (meat, eggs, fish, pean butter, etc.) (oh, and BIG CoNgraTS on making to your goal!!!) I missed that somehow!!! Good for you! But now you need to level this off. Much Love.
