199.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Zero Carb   gaining 1.4 lb a week

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat and that water can also make the scale go up. Don't worry, just try and get back on track. You got this. :)
