tried hard yesterday. couple of slip ups but better than the day before. keep on keeping on. my new pilates machine arrived yesterday and it was fun and I worked up a sweat so win win
196.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
