And once again I start again. had a nad couple of weeks and have ended up back on my anxiety mefs which make it hard to control appetite. all I can do is try

yeehaa ive finally lost some weight. I did all my planned exercise and ate well without going hungry. im so relieved and happy. and it helps remotivate me. this morning im up dresssed and make up on. I had to go and buy some new clothes this week in a bigger size but I got things I really like that make me feel good. making the most of TODAY. happy weekend everyone xx

another note. for 12 years I have lifted weights in the gym and am reasonably strong but this year back issues have made it too painful. so last week I baught a pilates machine I saw online. I thaught it would be better than nothing. used it on Tuesday to do some leg exercises thinking that it felt pretty easy and was kinda fun. omg I am so sore!!!!!! and I love that kind of sore - you know like when you go to sit down and its l like oh yeah I can feel my ass! did arms yest so looking forward to doing abs and lower back today. awesome machine

weight still going up. yesterday was average food wise but excellent exercise wise and even though I had to force myself to do it I felt great afterwards. my doc gave me norflex about six weeks ago. its a muscle relaxant to help with my fibro and back pain. sibce then I have gained about 7kg. I have decided to stop it. it has stopped being effective and it makes me tremble. with my docs help I am also coming of my epilim. down to ine tablet a day and will drop that on monday. I am hoping that this will help with the weight loss. I know this sounds superficial but I also know my back will improve if I can drop some weight. heres to another day of trying my best. hope everyone else is having some sucess x
