All Goals from yesterday....FAILED
I will definitely be back on track after this weekend is over...something about mini vaca's with jet-lag always throw my workout schedule off!!
NEW/ATTAINABLE GOALS (for weekend):
Today - 8/5 -HH (Walking around downtown) -Housework -(?) If not late, 20min Zumba DVD
Tomorrow - 8/6 -Zumba@gym OR Running, if no good instructor -Housework (this counts too) -Walking around @Baseball game
Sunday - 8/7 -Verdict is still out... ;-)
