Two weeks straight 100% of my goals met!
1200-1500 calories daily. Exercised at least 30 min/day 6 days/week. I've had at least 64 oz of water/day. Haven't had any treats/sweets. Haven't eaten after 7 PM.
Got a PBPR (post baby personal record) for 3 miles this week. 33 min.
Not feeling very strong today. I haven't made any big mistakes, but I've been thinking about it. I am not willing to throw these last two weeks away though.
As soon as I can I'm going to go outside for a run and see if I can get another PBPR. Its beautiful outside today!
