Argh. Haven't been good since last Wednesday. Not like I've gained all my weight back, but its still disappointing when I was on a roll and thinking about how I could be 4 lbs lower if I had just stuck to it.

Here is to 100% of my goals for today!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
