I've been doing pretty well on my diet, but I'm super bloated so I haven't lost any weight in the last few days. Hopefully, when tom is over, I'll see some weight loss:-)

Yesterday when I weighed, I'd actually gained 2 lbs, but then when I weighed this morning I was back down to my lowest weight since starting on Atkins. I guess the bloating isn't quite as bad, but it's still hard to get my ring off so I know I'm still retaining water.
376.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
