Feeling good at this weight. I’m a solid 1.0 on W/H ratio. 38.5”. Seems my body is holding on to that waist visceral for primitive survival reasons. I’m not going to try to fight millennia of evolution. Lost 2” from October of 2022 so I’m very happy. Thanks for everyone’s support here! Now off to do some cardio.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
