I weigh in every day, but since I'm in maintenance, I'm only recording my weight when it is exactly my goal weight of 136. Lot's of fluxuation, but maintaining.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been in maintenance for a while. I record my fluxuations so I know how far I stray from my goal weight. In my mind, I know it's fine to go up or down a lb. or 2.

Yeah, most of the time I fluxuate less than 1lb, but it is not unusual to fluxuate 2lbs. On high activity days, I sometimes weigh at night, and find that I am down a pound or two. So, I'll eat a late night healthy protein snack to make certain that I don't lose too much during sleep.
