I spent all day rearranging my apartment. Bookshelves were 45lbs each. Oak table about 80 lbs. I took breaks but it was incredibly strenuous and my first “work out” in years. I even took off the closet sliding doors only to put them back on when I noticed it wasn’t helping my feng shui and it was ultimately an “experiment”. I eventually broke down the 3’ x 5’ oak dining table that weighed 80 lbs and put it in the closet. I’ll just keep it there until I move to Springfield next year. The 1.2 lbs I lost were mostly water I think. I didn’t eat lunch also. I see how psychical activity can be addictive! 💪🏻😂👍
192.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
