yay! I lost another lb! Guess the gym works :D And boy are my arms feeling it right now...haha. But its all good, good way to start off the day. Losing weight is what REALLY inspires me to keep going. :D
228.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 October 2009:
1061 kcal Fat: 32.67g | Prot: 42.56g | Carb: 157.24g.   Breakfast: cantaloupe melon. Lunch: 1% milk, california style vegetables, heart smart roasted red peppers and garlic, Whole Grain Shells Pasta (medium). Dinner: papa john garlic stick, papa johns thin crust vegetable pizza. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free~10 Calories Strawberry Jello. more...
