I did my best to eat well. I stayed in my points range and worked out (spin class). I was a little stressed so I didn't do as well I would like. But i think I am off to a good start this week.
131.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
