There are healthy carbs and unhealthy carbs. The unhealthy ones are sugar (including fake sugar) and processed foods. There are more sugar addicts than cocaine/heroine/meth/opioid addicts. For me the absolute worst carbs and fat comes from fast food french fries. Evil in a bag. Fruits, in moderation, and vegitables (no moderation required) should part of every person's healthy carb diet. And, I agree with that lots of lean protein is excellent path to getting slim and fit.
