My motivation hasn't been this low in years. I spent a day sitting around doing nothing; even cooking seems like too much effort, so I just had toast for lunch and dinner, and an ice cream and a yoghurt for dessert.

And this morning, I weighed myself and I'm back where I started. How am I supposed to pick myself up now?
130.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 10.3 lb a week
