Ugh.... I woke up this morning happy because my back rolls were starting to disappear, but got on the scale and saw this. I think this is related to my being up and out of bed yesterday, for the first time in 4 days. Oh well... I know I ate decently yesterday, so I guess I will just have to deal with a gain.
