Worked out a little harder this week (260 min combined of cardio, HIIT and calisthenics - heart rate 140 to 160) feeling stronger if not lighter. I may change it up adding more resistance, and longer sessions on stepper machine. At 61 yrs, I may need the two day weekend break to recover.. ?
