NOT A WORD. ONLY MY STUPID SELF TO BLAME. CAKE, CHOCOLATE, BISCUITS, SWEETS, EXTRA FOODSA ALSORTS. MOT MERRY, JUST MEL. 😡😠😣😖 PLEASE DON'T FEEL SIRRY FOR ME O LY MY STUPIDITY HAS DONE THIS. 😒 . YES I AM BEATING MYSELF UP IT'S ONLY MY FAULT. NO ONE ELSE SHUVES FOOD INTO MY MOUTH. WILL START AGSIN TOMORROW AS I AM GOING OUT TO LUNCH TODAY. I TRULY HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS BEEN THIS DAFT. MEL
118.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be too hard on yourself Mel, you are going through such testing times, every so often something gives when you are under stress, but as you say, you can start again.

Mel, yes u shoved the food in however with the situation ur in right now n how well uv done losing the weight in the past I really don't think u should be so hard on urself, take it for the bad week its been n yes start again tomorrow, enjoy ur lunch u deserve it xx

its too easy to fall off the wagon and then give up because you feel bad and feel its not worth it! its not the end of the world. following a bereavement i completely fell off wagon repeatedly like ground hog day! i watched weight creep up so stopped weighing. but about two weeks ago i faced up to fact (again!!!!) that wasnt looking after self so have climbed back onto wagon. i am in 70s and only ft so really know that over 1300 calories means no weight loss. so yes its tough but we can do it. we must do it but musnt be hard on selves when it goes wrong.

Don’t worry you will get back on track just try not to make it into full week u b fine sometime your body just craves it get back on track nxt day make one day your sweet day I lost 3 half stone yrs ago doing that u tend to stick with the meal plan better all tr if not too strict on yourself

Hello All, thank you all for your kindness and support and love. Yes you are all right it's a huge blip well a little more than that. I had wait for it, sandwich, frui fruit juice, all fine, then 3 yes 3 magnum ice creams. About 500g of muesli, and full milk mixed with chocolate also a chocolate moose pudding . No lies that is the truth. Please no laughter it's not funny. But luckily back on track today. Already hola hooped, and after lunch I will go and see Jim. You are all diamonds. Thanks again Merry Mel 🤩

I fell hard off the healthy eating wagon this week too Mel. A whole day of carbs and sugar then yesterday one of the meals I ate had 1140 calories in it (wasabi's chicken katsina curry). Let's start again tomorrow Mel. Enjoy your visit with Jim x

I do this fairly frequently too, as long as you are self aware and get back on track all is good. Everyone falls off the rails one way or another sometimes. We are all human and imperfect and that is ok.
