Yes, down another pound. One pound at a time! I'm about 20 pounds from being able to shop in my closet! 🥳 I've been walking about 5000 steps a day. Having plantar faciatis sucks. It's been 9 months now and slowly getting better. I keep telling myself it's time to start lifting again. I've got bat wings for arms. The weights stare at me daily yet I DON'T SEE THEM LOL. Gotta set some new workout goals! Have a great day.

The only thing that worked for plantar fasciitis for me was to wear the hard braces from Amazon on both feet for about a year, and adjusting them to be 90°. You have to be very careful when getting up in the middle of the night. // a friend of mine, however, can’t sleep on her stomach and slept on her stomach with her feet hanging over the edge. That’s what worked with her

@bottom line, thanks, I've gotten the shots. Doing stretches, got the inserts from the doc, and i can't sleep on my stomach either. I'll check into them. The PF WAS MY WAKE UP CALL to lose the weight. That's what caused it! Ty

At this point I'm not sure what will happen with my arms. You have lost a lot and that is inspiring 🙂

Great job, Jen!!! 👏 The hardest part of strength training is that very first set. I had a REALLY hard time getting back to it, but I'm already hooked again.

You’ve done great 👍 this year! I saw a routine you chose earlier. Maybe pick one of the exercises and pick a training time, then develop that habit and consistency. Once you’re accustomed to picking up a weight at specific times during the week, I’m pretty sure you’ll add more exercises. Consistency is the secret to success. Stay hydrated!

It took getting back into the gym setting for me. There is just something about that setting that creates alot more focus & motivation for me. I hope you find your MOJO! 💜

If you want, download the Hevy app & look for me on there, same username as here. We can be virtual strength training buddies! 😊

@piggyWinkle thank you! you can do it. I am a carb addict 🤣 i can eat a cake. so, i can't have them for now. try over eating a steak with no potatoes or sides. it's very hard. so, that's what I do. steak, eggs, bacon, beef, sometimes chicken. life is so much easier now.

@tomlong thanks for the advice! I USE TO lift a lot and train people when i was younger. I was lookin for current lift routines. I'm actually going to an ortho doc to address my past injuries and how to best restart my routine.

I googled plantar fasciitis exercises, did them every night, plus used a tennis ball ( rolled it around under my foot) several times a day. And I got the walk hero for plantar fasciitis insoles from Amazon and they were a godsend! Can't recommend them enough. Best of luck to you!!
