Well it is time to get started again, cause I have taken a break long enough, and I have gained two pounds. Today, I intend to eat just fruit and veggies, then I hope to fast for the weekend. Perhaps do a cleanse, then I will start a new diet, which I will have to frantically search for right now to see which one will fit me.

Cal is gone for the weekend, he had to go to Topeka, so this will be a good chance to clean up my act so to speak. I still have over 30 pounds to lose to get to a more ideal weight for me, to lose 40 would be fantastic, but at my age, probably not probable.

I also think I will make an appointment with a friend to go to her house at least once a week to water jog in her pool. I have joined a new challenge which starts Monday and that is to lose 20 pounds by October 15. I am sure that is doable.!

OK.. time to get back on track and start monitoring and entering my foods as well as weigh ins, it worked well before.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
