yay ! moving down! Did you try some coconut oil melted in your coffee today?
|
I think the message above this is not real - I have seen it on several people's journals! Watch out.
|
The post made by you, HCB? And to answer it anyways, I didn't try the oil today as I didn't have coffee today. I'm going to try it tomorrow though and see how it goes.

Maelyn, I read about people adding coconut oil melted in their coffee. I am going to try that this weekend when I buy some, but I'm only going to add one teaspoon. I like to go easy on a serving size until I know how I like it. I can add more later, if I need it.

I sometimes add either coconut oil or half a teaspoon of butter, if I'm out of heavy whipping cream.

The trick is to blend it up so it gets frothy! Otherwise it is like oily coffee!
|
OH - earlier today there was a spam message on your journal which is why I wrote the entry saying "the above message is not real" I think Fat Secret staff removed the SPAM because it was reported. I can see why you were confused! All messages from HCB are real!!!

question now is the oil liquid or solid that everyone talks about I have both.

The coconut oil is solid most of the time, but liquid in warm weather.
