Yep, it's that time of the month. Hello bloating and water retention... but I actually look and feel great. Especially my arms... looking quite toned and cut! Thank you Tae Bo & Zumba!!!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
