Pivoting to more protein but still working with the Mediterranean Diet. Weighed 197 this morning and feeling good about my progress. 100 ozs of water a day and low sodium.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
