this is so hard, all i want is a coffee but the weight has stayed the same for the last couple of days. But at least it is coming off. Still not lost any inches tho. And thxs to the people that give me courage this site can help someone so much.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh yes it can, it certainly has me focused, and i know without checking in here a few times a day, i would not being doing as well as i have been, of course i can do better and i am going to do just that!! SAT. the 11th of august is my end for 2weeks, but, i am gonna do phase 1 for 1 more week, cause i messed up this past sunday!! AND i am beating me up for it, i do not wanna even step on that dang scale, i need to though, cause it will put me back on the "stick" and get going with this weight loss!!!!!! You have a great day, and DO a GOOD job!!!!Keep doing a good job!!! we are here for each other, for sure!!!!!

So have your coffee just dont put cream and sugar in it. That is one thing I refuse to give up on the diet is coffee, it may slow me down a bit scale wish but its the only thing that keeps me sane and everyone around me out of harms way... lol your doing great just keep pushing thru

Coffee every now and then is fine. I used to live off of coffee but now i have it about once or twice a week...mmm starbuck venti iced coffee with 4 splenda - now that is the good stuff! You are doing great though...hang in there. If it takes time to take it off, it usually stays off better.
