I had a great workout this morning, I did 35 minutes brisk walking and running on the treadmill and then upper arm weights and then crunches. After a mediocre week last week, I started this week off with a bang!

Today's workout
15 minutes on the treadmill no incline 4.0 speed
15 minutes on the treadmill no inlcine 4.5 speed
6 minutes on the treadmill no incline 5.0 speed
134.6 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
