Weight dropped .8 for two days after lunch out at Dukes. Got sick on day two. Vomiting. Day three horrifying bottom half explosions all day until around 9 pm. Day four (yesterday) nomal bathroom habits but nauseous till around 3 pm then very mild nausea. Stayed in bed the entire day Monday. Finally walked yesterday (tues) but only 4 miles and nothing else and im up a total of 1.6 pounds (from 136.6 to 138.2). Finding this perplexing. Notes to self for when i look back on this journal what was going on. One week from today is S.R. Surgery. Been tryin to get as close to 120 gm protein but struggling to hit even 100.
