Back to my regular routine as far as exercise and nutrition are concerned. Getting back on track after some family gatherings and a week of camping 🏕️
162.5 lb Lost so far: 77.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

no doubt but I also sounds like you were a very busy body with family get togethers and camping so you probably just needed so really good rest in your own bed for a couple days.
