Weight is starting to get quite low, so this is where I usually stop posting my weight and calories during prep. The road to the stage is not a healthy diet, but for a very short period of time. I do not want to encourage this for anyone who is not heading to the stage. And since I encourage my own nutrition clients to follow me to put my money where my mouth is, I don’t want to discourage anyone.
Being strong and at a reasonable calorie consumption is way better.

108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t know how to tag to rely. Sorry. I am 5’2.5” my comfortable maintenance weight is 112-ish. Thank you both so much for your encouragement. ❤️
