Finally a drop. Gotta keep this going! No sugar replacement keto snacks, drink LOTS of water, focus on increasing fat in diet, moderate protein, exercise!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
