I'm an emotional eater for sure. I've really been stress eating in the evenings and last night was the worst. I signed all the paper work last night so my Mom can receive hospice care at home. She is now total care and I'm the only one doing that care except for one day off a week. I'm emotionally and physically exhausted, but I've at least continued to get a workout in about 5 days a week.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are to be commended for several things. You complete honesty in your journal posts. The high level of care you have provided and continue to provide for your Mother. The insights you have about your eating patterns...and now that you have that knowledge, you will be able to make progress on your goals...slowly but surely. And given the fact that you are truly "emotionally and physically exhausted" you have nevertheless CONTINUED to get your workouts in at a very consistent rate. You certainly deserve ALL of the hugs and affirmations that the FS community can send your way, esp.today. Your strength and courage inspire us all. Keep on Keeping on !!!!!!
