I wanted to be down to 165 before our Alaska cruise began, but it looks like I won't quite make it. I hope to maintain rather than lose on this trip. After plateauing for so long, it feels good to be dropping again. I do think the Bio Complete 3 with its pre- and pro- biotics has made the difference. My appetite is way down and craving for sweets is much less. I haven't taken the time to walk this week, but plan on walking daily on the cruise. See you on the other side!
