little blocked up if u know what i mean. morn energy great 4 on just dying. will try liquid b12. breaking meals up into 5-6 due to low blood sugar. still doing 500-600 calories.
211.2 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
