It's been one month weighing all my food and logging every calorie. last week couldn't do heavy calisthenics cardio, due to lower back issues. Still walked and counted calories. avg calories 2100. didn't lose didn't gain. I did eat and drank alot if water before weighing tonight, about a liter +2lbs?
241.8 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
