New scale is a bit dodgy because it naturally sits on 1kg, so I’ve taken that into consideration
152.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There is usually a way of recalibrating them, often hidden underneath. Also make sure it is on a hard surface. Not carpet.
