I’m not overly bothered about my weight. I’m probably the fittest I’ve ever been! This month I’ve cycled about 400 miles, done some weights and averaging just under 10,000 steps a day 🥰
123.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 April 2023:
2061 kcal Fat: 147.77g | Prot: 110.87g | Carb: 64.70g.   Breakfast: Deluxe Outdoor Bred British Pork Sausages, Tesco Almond Drink, Deluxe Outdoor Bred British Pork Sausages, Dawtona Sauerkraut, Fried Egg with Fat. Lunch: Subway Tuna Salad. Dinner: Aldi Breaded Camembert. Snacks/Other: Chicken Thigh Meat and Skin , Lidl Greek Style Yoghurt, Alesto Cashews, Rowan Hill Walnut Cake, Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate, Cheddar Cheese, Birchwood Smoked Ham. more...

That's brilliant Mhairnic. I am in the same kind of place. Fitness good but weight up. I am trying to get bothered about the weight part but that's not happening......yet.

Without wanting to sound rude.....but, yes always a good strategy to go into holidays with a bit of wiggle room!
