this is tough... I don't know how to get back... 5kgs feels like 15kg... I'm battling... very sad feeling. ..
197.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There is nothing much you can do other than regain control. No need to feel sad. Just do it, like in the Nike ad. :)

really becoming despondent - trying hard but not hard enough. scale is def not my friend anymore... the worst is that everyone can see how i have picked up....
