Can already feel the difference in my clothes...and it feels GREAT!!!! Even went out to Chinese for my daughters birthday.
211.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Down once again, finding it somewhat easy to stick with the food choices that I have. For some reason I really get it!!!!! My body is not even craving more food. I feel GREAT!
