it is just as much discipline, control, hard work and effort to stay down as it was to get down. it's not enough to change what we do, we have to change who we are.

Exactly. Anyone can loose the weight but keeping it off is another issue. It makes no difference which WOE you choose, you can loose the pounds but many diets just are not sustainable for the long haul.
