one day we get to that point. when this is just daily, regular life.
we're the ones who exercise everyday.
we're the ones who weigh and measure our food and prepare meals EVERY week.
we're the ones who make healthy choices on vacation.
it's not an endeavor any more, it's just regular life now. the new life we chose.
it's in our control. if we go off track, that's in our control. if we stay on rack, that's in our control. life will happen and emotions and feelings will happen, but being accountable to ourselves is in our control. motivation is not required.
