I weighed myself on Sunday at 190 lbs which was very depressing. So Monday and Tuesday I went majorly healthy. And I also worked tues and thursday serving so that probably burned some calories. I weighed myselft in the evening both times, so it's close. I have not even read up on the Fat Flush Plan.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 5.3 lb a week

prathemt123, Please do not let the scales discourage you. Your weight will go up and down a lot. I have lost 31 pounds since March, BUT.....I seen a lot of ups and downs...I didn't think I would ever get out of the 190's, but I kept staying on program and more consistant exercize and it came off. It might be a good idea to weigh once a week. I used to get upset and then I would see a big drop a few days later. This is a New Lifestyle and Life plan and little by little it WILL COME OFF! I hope you are encouraged. Tina
