the numbers do not lie. looked at my diet calendar for january and had a net deficit of around 24000 and from my peak weight in january to my lowest weight i recorded a loss of 6 pounds so i do believe that i'm accurately logging my food/calories eaten and my exercise/calories burned is accurate. the only problem is it gets to be montonous having to do the exercise, calorie counting and adhering to a strict diet day in day out it gets old and you wonder if you can do something a little more exciting?

i've been pushing myself to the limit with the exercise and trying to keep the caloric intake to the minimum (this is called numbers/weight management gone extreme) on my work week walking 8 hours continously and walking up 56 stories (more than 1100 steps up only).
