Late night eating is screwing me up
145.2 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is your dad still visiting? Why not ask him for his support? Meaning that since he’s eating late and you don’t normally do that, ask him to stop you if you reach for food. Parents love to say “No!” 😄

@just he just left. This late night eating was me filling the emptiness when he leaves. I didn’t realize I did it til last night.
