Started back up January 15th.. staying disciplined and working my way down. Was keeping track in Samsung Health and somehow managed to erase all my info. So I'm backkkk. Let's get it.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
