I know when I am having trouble, I get back to basics. Start weighing , measuring, and logging everything that you eat. Be honest and you will see where you can improve, it helps me.

Not trying to tell you how to live, but when I stay on keto I don't have hunger and I lose weight. I have no idea why I ever go off it, it's so effective (but I do, dear lord I do...) maybe try keto for a while? just to change things up?

If you try your best and see no results consider having a check up to eiminate possible hormonal imbalances. PCOS or thyroid sometimes makes its difficult to lose weight. If you eliminate this try looking your calorie intake closely and consult a nutritionist. Don't give up, chage is hard but you can do it! sending all my love <3
