Today's my weigh in day. I was a little disappointed my weight is up. But I just noticed the same as last week so I'm ok with that. My eating is improving and I exercised daily. I was better with my unplanned evening snacks. I still need to work on eating out. Overall this is very good for me. I must keep going.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
