I'm done with the Atkins diet. Its to strect on what I can eat. I have not lost but gained weight on Atkins while working out 5 days a week. What a waste. Weight Watchers here I come. Lets give this a try. I seriously want to loose weight but I want to be able to eat fruits and veggies. This Atkins thing is crap.
