I am in my mid thirty's I have had two children one of them was 13 years ago the other is almost a year old. I used to play Roller Derby before I got pregnant with my 1 year old. I want to get back in shape and get back on that track whatever it takes. I shouldn't have let my self go so bad while I was pregnant cause I'm paying the price now. LOL I gained like 47 pounds during my pregnancy and have only lost 14 pounds of it. I want my body back and my self esteam.

I'd like to loose weight but right now I'm just mainly focused on getting to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I want to be healthy and the rest will follow.
